I had an amazing experience with a beautiful human this morning named Donyelle, she was the person in the lab at the 1st Avenue location. She was kind she was caring, she was attentive and gentle. She had the most phenomenal personality and it shows from the inside out. She was just a wonderful light in my morning. If you need labs at this location I truly hope you get to have her. She is AMAZING!!!!

I had a really wonderful experience today at Heart of Florida Health Center on 1st Ave. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well organized. The medical assistant Jorge was extremely kind, respectful, and very sweet in the way he treated me. He made the whole process feel easy and comfortable, and you can tell he genuinely cares about patients. Dr. Vaidya was also excellent—very attentive and helpful. Both of them made the visit smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the care I received today.

Would rate this office a zero. The check out girl is absolutely rude unnecessarily for THREE VISITS . My mom gave her an attitude back when I was freshly postpartum and every visit since she refused to assist me , and my nerves didn’t stick up for myself .after my sons second visit she told me to call and schedule she wouldn’t schedule for me . Didn’t think too much of it . Third visit , checking out was rudely told I’d have to call in in 3 months and schedule my son’s visit . Here I am calling , and they are booked out almost three months ! This all could have been avoided if the receptionist had put her feelings aside and done her job correctly . No one should be made to feel they are being judged or bullied at a doctors office . Yall ladies set the tone ! Do better !

Dr woods. Really rude to me. Caught in my prescription on Tuesday. Said that they had 72 hours to fill my prescription, to call back after 3, well no prescription. Ms woods Dr woods was off today can not get my patrician filled. I am a severe diabetic neon medication been out for 5 days now very disappointed. extremely rude the pharmacy was, looks like I'm going to have to go to the hospital to get my medication. I can't believe a healthcare place would do this. Very disappointed. Trying to find another place to go.

I enjoy coming to this practice. Jorge always welcomes me with a warm smile. His professionalism is bar none. It feels good to be remembered and comfortable. Dr. Rhode is very attentive and listens to my concerns. I do recommend HOA
