I want to comment on the gross under treatment my family member went through at this facility recently. Upon first being seen as a patient they asked if their insurance covered their procedure and were told yes. They went through multiple tests, and appointments. Waited several months for their procedure to be booked, and requested time off work, only to receive a phone call 1 week prior to their procedure telling them their procedure is canceled because the surgery center doesn’t take their insurance. Apparently, the staff here “didn’t know” that the surgery center wasn’t covered until 1 week prior to the scheduled surgery. It’s their business to know something like that but it seems they do not care about their patients. Doing this to a patient is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE

I just have to say “Thank you” for helping me with my eye condition. The staff is so friendly and smiling. Nice to see cohesiveness in this practice. So often you go into a business and you can tell that the staff just doesn’t want to be there. I didn’t feel that at this office; quite the opposite. They were very compassionate with my eye problem and in helping get through the rough patch. Thank you , again

The new receptionists are helpful and sweet. The doctors are knowledgeable and work hard to give you the information you need. Great office to come to! Will be back!
