Karen, the manager was exceptional working with me after a disappointing order on my new glasses. She did the right thing and gave me a full refund as I had to purchase my glasses elsewhere, but this is my fourth experience with this store and I would say they stand behind their product. Their word is good and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Karen for your professionalism and for looking out for me.
Karen the manager was extremely kind and helpful to my 80 year old Aunt today. There was a mistake in the prescription and the glasses came in wrong...but they stood behind the product and gave her a full refund. Can't ask for better customer services than that!!!
I went to Eyeglass World for sunglasses after I lost mine, and they were amazing from start to finish. They got my replacements done with a super fast turnaround, which I really appreciated. My glasses were missing a screw and I walked in without an appointment expecting to maybe leave them there, but they helped me immediately. They fixed my glasses completely free of charge and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Amazing customer service and such a quick, easy experience. Thank you again!
Assistant Manager Dave took excellent care of me when I brought in my Ray-Ban sunglasses for repair. He was thorough, accommodating, and truly customer-friendly from start to finish. Because of this outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning to Eyeglass World on College Road for my next set of glasses. Highly recommend!
