I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! Candance is absolutely amazing with patients, especially children. She has a special gift for making kids feel comfortable, safe, and cared for, which makes every visit a positive experience. Dr. Irizarry is, without a doubt, the best pediatrician we could have ever asked for. She is not only an exceptional physician but also an incredible human being. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for her patients and families are truly remarkable. We have always felt heard, supported, and embraced by her. Tameka is the best manager anyone could hope for. She keeps everything running smoothly and always goes above and beyond to help families. Her leadership shines through in every interaction. The entire staff is outstanding—friendly, kind, professional, and always willing to help. Every visit feels welcoming, and it is clear that everyone genuinely cares about the patients they serve. We are so grateful for the exceptional care our family has received here and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the very best pediatric care.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Turrel and his medical assistant, Annia, M.A. Dr. Turrel took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Annia was also outstanding. She was kind, welcoming, efficient, and made the entire appointment run smoothly. One thing I especially appreciated was that they explained everything in both English and Spanish, making sure I fully understood my care and felt comfortable asking questions. I’ve been coming to heart of Florida health center with grandma for a long time. The staff and environment excellent. Nurse Annia always welcoming, heartwarming ,and very comforting. Dr Turell is a great doctor very understanding and charismatic.

I would like to recognize Annia, Dr. Turell's medical assistant, for the outstanding care and support she provided during a very stressful time. I needed several FMLA forms completed so I could return to work, and each one had a very short deadline. Annia was incredibly organized, responsive, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She understood how important the paperwork was to me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Her professionalism and genuine concern made a difficult situation so much easier. Beyond that, Annia is simply a wonderful person. Every time I come into the office, it's like seeing an old friend. She is warm, personable, and always makes me feel welcome. I also want to thank Dr. Turell for the excellent medical care he provides.
