I had an appointment for 2pm. I showed up at 1:50pm and was told I was late. She said I was going to have to reschedule my appointment. Because, they wanted me there at 1:30pm to do paperwork since I was a new client. No one ever told me I had to be there early. They even called me two days earlier to confirm the appointment and never mentioned to be there early. But I showed up early anyways because I knew there would be some minor paperwork. I was there, in their office, 10 minutes before my schedule appointment. I knew I had to do paperwork, but 10 minutes should have been more than enough. The person that addressed me was extremely rude in her tone. She said I was late and they would probably going to have to reschedule. Then she acted like she went to ask the Dr to check but never actually did. When she came back, she lied and said the Dr said no and that I was going to have to reschedule. She admitted on a later call with her that she never spoke to the Dr. I drove 45 minutes, 1 way, to go to this Dr and what a waste of time. Extremely poor customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend Dr's office to anyone in the Shelbyville area. They were very disrespectful to a potential new client. Who knows what kind of actual medical services they could or would provide. But it can't be good if they mess up something as easy as scheduling/processing an appointment.
