I’m always so impressed with the not only the level of professionalism yet also the warm and compassionate care I receive. This past visit was a medical concern that was able to be resolved quickly. My concerns and questions were answered very timely, respectfully and I felt genuine regard for my well being from the first interactions with AJ on the phone & at the front desk to my time in the chair with DR. Erickson. I’m feeling much better today after having been seen and making a care plan. I love this care team! - Thank you so much!

I walked into Eyecare of Vermont without an appointment, and the staff was very good about setting me up with a technician to see me. My glasses were giving me issues, and their expertise fixed my problem. I appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism!

Dr. Erickson is very knowledgeable and thorough. My only recommendation is for the staff to automatically give patients a copy of their prescription when they check out. This is the second time I had to go back in to request a copy. It should at least be offered when we are paying our bill.

Doctor, optometrist and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that there was hardly any wait time, and the exam process was efficient. Thanks for the great service!

Heidi that did my testing prior to seeing Dr. Erickson was very nice and answered my questions I had. As Dr. Erickson explained what was going on and what the plan would be and when to come back for follow-up. From what he could see in my post op summary. As usual I leave feeling more at ease, than when I came in. Carol Hopper
