Eye Care On The Ridge

I highly recommend Eye Care on the Ridge! All the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and kind! Everything went super quick and they were very knowledgeable they answered all my questions. The front desk staff are so welcoming they greeted me as soon as I stepped in. Bobbie the tech was very sweet and gentle. Dr.English was very helpful and showed me my photos of my eyes and he explained everything to me they are very thorough. The women at the glasses centre were just amazing! They helped me pick out a great pair! They gave me great suggestions and told me everything I needed to know. I will definitely be back again! 10/10 great experience!

Having gone to Eye Care on the Ridge for years, I will say that I have always been happy with the selection of glasses and the service I have received. Dr. Wheatley who is at a different branch now gave the most thorough exam I have ever had and really cared about my treatment. Laura, a tech and Bailey, in Optical are amazing. Always friendly and going above and beyond to get the job done no matter what it takes. Dr. English also made special accommodations to fit my son in for exams when he was having issues.

I just had my annual eye appointment in Dublin, Eyecare on the Ridge, From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and cheerful hello from the reception desk! I only waited a few minutes (appt right on time) that Bobbie came to take me back to start my appt, she was amazing, so kind, sweet, funny and talked me thru each step of the tests, very polite! And of course last but not least Dr. English, who listens and most Important explains, and friendly. Thank you everyone for a pleasant visit. Kerry Corson

Super friendly staff, they get me in and out every time! Dr. English is straight forward, friendly and a excellent Doctor and Bobbi the assistant is very welcoming and comforting! They have a great glasses section and just overall a great office! I Highly recommend coming here for your eye needs!

I had an emergency with my eye and NO ONE would help me. My hubby called every eye doctor between Dublin and Christiansburg, and Eye Care on the Ridge is the *only* place that cared enough to give me a same-day, emergency appointment. Fast and efficient, professional and polite. Perhaps most importantly, compassionate people everywhere! Dr Adam English is a genuinely kind man who actually cares about the people he sees. He is attentive to the issue at hand and will whole-heartedly engage the patient in finding a solution to their ailment. Specifically, in my case, this office was an absolute life-saver, this is why I gave a 5⭐ rating.
