Our grandson loves sports and plays hard. He tends to go through a pair or two of glasses each year. Switching to Walmart has saved us a lot of money. My personal experience with the staff has been great. Thank you ladies.

The best staff, above and beyond!! I recently ordered contacts through this Walmart vision center. I was to leave for a trip 3 weeks from when I ordered them and half were on back order (not going to arrive on time) They were always nice in telling me updates every time I called and when they did not come before I left, they shipped them express to me where I traveled to! So grateful for the staff here.

I stood there for almost 30 minutes before ANYONE even acknowledged me! Then when I was finally “greeted” by ANN 🙄🙄🙄 who was EXTREMELY RUDE! ANN made me feel as though SHE was doing ME A FAVOR! The tone of ANN’S voice was not only INTENTIONALLY expressing her (ANN) impatience with me but was also EXTREMELY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE….. while answering my questions about the prices. I took off the glasses I was trying on and gently handed them back to ANN, while I grabbed my belongings and walked out! I WILL NEVER go back to that Vision Center in Walmart ever again! In fact I will make sure that I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO NEVER RECOMMEND that vision center to anyone!

Very friendly staff, super helpful and informative, and conveniently located in Walmart. The nose pads on my glasses decided to do a number on me Friday evening and guess what, not one ophthalmologist open in town on Saturday to get your frame fixed. But Walmart's Vision Center was open and I will be going back there. Thank you, Ann.
