Eye Care One

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at an eyecare place. Dr. Kaltz was so upbeat and personable during the eye exam process. As great as he was, Bri was the true star. I came in complaining about my glasses sliding down my face and she right away saw that I needed an adjustment and informed me of the process along the way. Then after my exam I wanted to pick out new frames. Bri patiently helped me pick out countless pairs to try on before I asked if there was any way we could just get the same ones I have in a different color since I love them so much. Away she went putting in a special order request before helping me pick out frames for sunglasses. This is truly customer service at its finest (I should know as I've worked in retail for 11 years). I had the best experience and wanted to give those who helped get the recognition they deserve. Thank you for reminding me every time I go to Eye Care One on Apple that this is why I keep coming back 💜

Everything was great but I have questioned the refraction bill that came with copay? I paid $35 last year for eye exam from local ophthalmology so $45 for eye exam here seemed good. However I was then charged another $25 for refraction that they informed me wasnt covered by insurance. I would think that would be part of regular eye exam. They have re-billed insurance but nothing back yet. An eye test is an eye test to me. If I am re-billed for it, I most likely will go back to competitor. $25 is 5 gallons of gasoline. Insurance hasn’t changed that I no of so does competitor include back in for the copay of $35, which is already $10 cheaper. I am still interested in Meta glasses though.

I had an appointment yesterday, and it went well. Doctor James as well as the Assistants were awesome! There were only 2 available to assist, but they were attentive, pleasant, professional and SMILING!!! They also assisted me in picking out new glasses! Thanks for being Professional with Smiles! It goes a very long way!

Never went there before until today, got an appointment same day, quickest in an out eye appointment I've ever had. They noticed changes in my vision pretty quickly. Pricing is good. Very professional and polite, I 100% recommend.

Tyra is always amazing when she helps us pick our glasses and picking them up! We enjoy both Doctors as well at the Apple Ave location!
