I had my eye checkup today, and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yakub. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and took her time examining my eyes. I never felt rushed, and she made sure every part of the exam was done carefully. What I appreciated most was how clearly she explained everything. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand my eye health in a way that was easy to follow. Her professionalism, knowledge, and caring attitude made the entire visit comfortable and reassuring. The customer service was also excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Yakub and her team to anyone looking for outstanding eye care. Thank you for such excellent service and care!

I have worn contacts and glasses for over 20 years, so I’ve seen many different doctors and had plenty of different experiences. This was by far the best! Dr. Yakub took her time during my exam to make sure I received the best prescription possible and thoroughly addressed any questions or concerns I had. The entire staff, both front and back office, was incredibly kind and welcoming. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Yakub and her team!

I seldom give reviews but this place is worthy of a great one! First time getting my eye exam here after several years and it was a pleasant experience. I was able to get an appt right away. Alex was extremely nice and helpful and walked me every step of the way. Dr Yakub was super nice and pleasing to the eye 😁 She looks like a young Katie Holmes. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Gave me all the options I had and I never felt any pressure to make a decision. The billing lady was also nice and kind. Overall highly recommended for all of your eye care needs.

Dr. Sabrina was incredibly kind and personable. She explained everything she was doing and why. The technician who administered the tests prior to seeing the doctor was also friendly. Receptionist was similarly pleasant and took time to explain and answered all my questions about what is covered or not covered with my current insurance. Overall, a very pleasing experience!

Truly appreciate the staff at Eye Care West. They are very friendly, polite and patient. I did not feel rushed, there is little to no wait time. I came here as a referral from a friend. after having a bad experience at a different optometry office. This place made up for it. Dr Fong was very thorough and very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your service.
