I went into this clinic to get a follow-up on my eyes due to pain. I was in there for 30 minutes. They dilated my eyes and determined there was nothing wrong with my eyes. And then I get the bill in the mail and it's $250. It took me about 3 months to get it paid off. And then I get a collection fee of $50 in the mail. After 3 months they sent me to collections. When I called the billing department the lady was extremely rude. She indicated that they were trying to call me, kept getting busy signals and mail was getting not sent back to them. Which was all not true. And the lady laughed at me and said well if you don't pay it will go back into collections. That's their administration fee for sending it to collections, which is a crazy. I can understand why certain people are in billing departments, no compassion or understanding. This place is a joke. They don't care about taking care of patients. They care about money

Had a good experience with this eye doc, he did a thorough exam when I mentioned I had spots of concern in my eyes. Would recommend!
I needed an eye exam and scheduled it here. Huge mistake. I was upsold on a procedure and agreed. Never once did the tech or Dr tell me that they were doing that part of the exam. Was it actually done? Who knows. After paying up front for my exams I get a text message 30 days later that I owe more money. I was told I paid up front on everything that was due, guess not. Now I'm told that that was an estimate. Perhaps that should be explained in advance to new patients. I'd steer clear of this place if you need an exam. Everything about them seems like bait and switch or snake oil sales tactics. I've had Walmart eye center exams that felt more trustworthy and professional.
Attempted to make an appointment for a routine eye exam transferred to multiple depts, person I spoke with could not get into the system as they needed to check my insurance. Said she would call back. No call back, . Called the next day, received a very curt and defensive receptionist, cited COVID as the reason why I was transferred to multiple people, they had no staff ........ no one wants to work........ Then received a call from the benefits person who told me no need to run my insurance unless medical, she did not know why she was calling, attempted to explain, she over talked me. Eventually I told her to forget and I would go elsewhere, This interaction gave me little confidence in this offices competence.
I took my 14 year old daughter here to get her eyes checked as she wanted to transition from glasses to contacts. They were very professional and explained the options well and while we did not use their "in house dispensary" she did get her first pairs of contacts there and a couple of post exam visits to make sure things were going well. They were always professional and courteous and helpful.
