Excellent customer service either in Springfield, main office and in Newport where they come once a week. My husband just started a treatment with Dr. Hassan, he answered all our questions, cares about patients, much expertise and emphathy. A couple of hrs is a long time to wait. However we were all forewarned that it could take that long. Long day, but everyone was polite.
