Frustrating to try to reach anyone there but once you are there staff and Drs are all very kind. The patient portal seems to be the only way to communicate with them as there is no automated choice to speak to a receptionist or operator. I have sent three messages thru the portal recently and none have received any reply. I've been transferred to a new provider who is fine but is not listed in their portal. The portal requires provider name to submit a message but won't let you type name. Instead you have to select from drop down list. I'm concerned that my messages are being ignored since I had to put a different Dr than who I saw. If you live close enough to go communicate with them in person you will probably like the clinic and staff but I don't recommend this clinic if you live in Newport, Lincoln City, etc.

I've been going to this clinic all my life. It has its pros and it's cons for each individual. I love walking in the doors and knowing the people around me from the receptionist, doctors and the staff at the pharmacy and the other patients. It's not just a doctor appointment but a visit with friends and family at the same time and all the while feeling safe and important.
Always treated with respect and understanding. Every staff member I've dealt with has been very nice and professional. I see Dr Tami Martin and she is great. Tami listens and seems to care. Tami's assistant, Johnathon is awesome, very professional, nice, knowledgable and goes out of his way to help you. Dawn who was Dr Chavez's assistant [Dr Chavez no longer is there because he moved out of state] is the person I dealt with when I first started going to Siletz Community Health Clinic is also professional, nice and will go out of her way to help you. Every now n then I get the pleasure of talking to her again. There is one more nurse there that I really liked too however I can't think of his name right at this moment unfortunately.. I will be back when it comes to me..
I love the Dr's. The are always friendly and truly care about your well being. I am glad they have a Dr for chiropractic manipulation as well as acupuncture. It really helps and is a better alternative then pharmaceutical.
I have a pretty substantial dentist and doctor discomfort, get really anxious about going to either. These guys have been the best at working with me and I really respect them for that. Everybody I've talked to at the clinic in Siletz has been really nice as well, and not like when you're at work and a customer asks you how you're doin and you gotta lie through your teeth and do the whole "OH, IM SO STOKED TO BE ALIVE". Nah these guys are actually genuinely pretty chill. Would definitely recommend here over Newport by about a thousand times. Not saying you'll die at Newport, but it's happened. Why chance it lol
