Eye Doctor`s Optical Outlet

I’m relatively new to the area, but I am happy to say that I have found my new eye doctor. There’s no need to keep looking around after visiting Optical Outlets. This place was clean, organized and very attentive. They took care of their patients in a timely matter, the environment is family friendly, and the staff is amazing. Thank you Dr. Michael for taking the time to see me and making sure I had a pleasant experience. I would also like to extend a thank you to Ms. Paige for making sure I was taken care of, for making the space feel so welcoming, and going above and beyond when catering to patients. I did not feel rushed browsing for glasses, and Ms. Paige was even nice enough to let me look through even more pairs of glasses to make sure I left with a pair that I was truly happy with. This place is great. I’m happy to be a part of Optical Outlets!

Laci at optical outlets in Gainesville off of university was absolutely amazing! She helped me fix my old glasses until my new ones come in. She also helped me find new ones because I have major anxiety about picking out new glasses 🤓 hands down the best ever.

Made an appointment for my sons and was able to add myself before our appointment. Came in early and was taken care of very quickly and professionally. Jessica greeted us with a smile and immediately started the appointment process. Dr. Durante was thorough, Laci helped me pick out my frames and finished my paperwork. She was friendly, helpful, and personable. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment on May 7, 2026 and I was extremely pleased with my experience at this Optical Outlets. Dr. Jones, who is friendly and kind took care of my eye exam sufficiently. I was assisted in choosing new frames by PAIGE, who is exceptional in every way. The atmosphere was positive and peaceful. The staff is friendly, patient and kind. I got my glasses and everything was great with my glasses. Thank you to the staff at this Optical Outlets. Please keep up your “exceptional” service!😊
