The doctor was amazing! she was so kind, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. I really appreciated how caring she was, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great care I received. The only thing I didn’t like was that we arrived just a few minutes late, and they weren’t able to see my brother. I understand offices have scheduling policies, but it was a little disappointing. Overall, though, I had a great experience with the doctor and would recommend her.

Working with Luis was beyond wonderful! He was fast, courteous and he really knows his stuff about lens options and with setting up a payment plan. I trusted his opinion on what looks best on me since I had chosen multiple frames and we narrowed it down to 2 favorites and got them both. The payment plan is amazing for 3 months interest free! Please come see him for any eyeglass needs, he will take excellent care of you and make you feel like your talking to a family member!

My son had an appointment at this location last week. We picked out his glasses (extended width or something like that) and sat down to order two pairs. The lady who was helping us told me insurance would only cover specific lenses (the least expensive, of course) and a certain amount toward the frames. I spoke with insurance before our appointment and I knew the polycarbonate would be covered. Since they were busy, I asked if I could call insurance again for clarification before ordering. She said, "Yes, but you don't even have to come in, you can just call." I spoke with insurance who, once again, confirmed they would cover the polycarbonate lenses. Since then I have called everyday they are open to explain how to file with insurance and order the glasses. I've called the office five times. Every time I waited on hold for at least 5 minutes, and when I spoke to someone they told me I would receive a call back. I've only received one phone call and that person said they couldn't help me, I had to speak to the women who helped us in the store. This morning I called again, and no one was there to help me. The woman who took my call said she would mark my message urgent to the office manager and I would receive a call back today. That didn't happen. I called back this evening, 10 minutes before closing and just sat on hold with the recording. We will take our business somewhere else.

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I arrived there at approximately 11:05am and was told there was an appointment available for 12p today. I completed my paperwork and waited to be seen. While waiting there was a guy with a “service dog” that continued to bark aggressively while other dogs walked by on the sidewalk. No staff asks him to leave the building for a moment or anything. This went on 3 separate times. I am actually allergic to dogs however I tried my best to show some grace towards the gentleman. 12p came and I still hadn’t been called to the back; I approached the counter at 12:12p and asked if I was going to be seen soon. She assured me I was next, I sat and waited to be called 12:30p came and I went back to the counter only to be told the Dr left for the day and they would not be able to see me. I was in such a state of shock of their carelessness!! She offered me an appointment on Wednesday and I stated I have to work and I don’t even live in the area. I asked her to call the Davenport location and ask them to see me since they forgot I was there today. She stated they can’t call to make me an appointment I would have to call myself. I asked her for the phone number so I can call while standing at the desk to ensure I get an appointment. I will never come back to this careless office again and I’ll also leave reviews on other platforms. I wish they allowed ZERO stars!!
