"I highly recommend the Eye Doctors of Arizona on Bell Road. The service is fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I really appreciate that they accept a wide variety of insurance carriers, and they are excellent about getting you into your appointment on time. The doctors themselves are very thorough and detailed, making you feel well cared for. When it comes time to pick out new glasses, ask for Alicia—she is absolutely on point! She is fun, friendly, and it truly shows that she loves her job. To top it all off, their pricing on glasses is fantastic and won't break the bank. A great experience overall!"

I went to Eye Drs of AZ because they were on my Medicare Insurance. Large, clean, quiet front Office, Both Receptionists attentive and nice. Carter was a GREAT Tech and I high recommend him. Listens, answers all questions, helpful and attentive. Dr Jeans came in for 5 minutes, looked at my eyes and left. Alicia who is in the Frames/Fitting/Dispense department was so helpful, Listened, answered all questions, helped me choose frames because i asked for help. Friendly, smile on her face at all times. I highly recommend Alicia, she's great.
I should have been informed before my appt that my eyes would be dilated. I could have had my husband drive me home. My appt went very well and the staff was wonderful.
I wish I could do a split review; one for the doctor and another for the staff. However, if you don't trust the staff, how can you trust the doctors who manage the staff? The office staff is incompetent. I had made appointment for May 13. 2026. I was told that my insurance did not require a referral. However, at 7:25 am on May 13, I received a call from their office stating my insurance required a referral. I called my doctor's and explained the situation to them I was given an appointment that day at noon. The primary care doctor sent the referral immediately. I called Eye Doctors of AZ back and asked if they had received the referral and they said no, but they would 'look around' and see if they could find it. They finally found the referral. Today I received a bill for $315 from my primary care doctor because the insurance will not pay for a visit that didn't require a referral. I am required to pay this because the Eye Doctors of Arizona has a incompetent staff. This is a big chunk of money to pay out of my Social Security. I can't afford to go to Eye Doctors of Arizona. Also, I can no longer afford to go to the cornea doctor to review a scratch on my cornea. Thank you for your incompetent staff.
This was my 1st visit to Eye Dr Of AZ and love the office and staff. It is very clean office, helpful & cheerful staff, and Dr Pital is a fabulous ophthalmologist. This is now my primary eye care center.
