My son glasses broke over the weekend. We went in on Monday 07/20/26 to see about fixing his glasses. Yanet greeted us with a smile and friendly attitude. She helped us throughout our visit. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted him with picking out frames and made sure to advise us of the current promotion going on. Yanet seems to love what she does and cares. I was very pleased with the customer service we received. Yanet deserves 5 stars.

From start to finish I had the best experience I could possibly have! Diana is a rockstar in her prime! She helped set up, confirm, and helped me understand my insurance. This place sucks. I was here Thursday afternoon there was a giant line of people waiting. If you walk in, they do not care about you might as well wait 3 or 4 hours just to talk to someone. Now I’m here Saturday morning it “opens” at 9 it’s 9:30 and no one is here. What type of service is this. Does anyone in this place care for their job or the patients that need glasses to see. Last time I come to this place.

Had an appointment at 3 it's 8 until 4. Still waiting to be helped. There is a whole waiting room of people, 2 employees out here, and I hear someone yelling in the back. I haven't seen patients helped in over 1/2 an hour while they've been arguing back there. A man has opened the door and peeked out.... But he just closed it and kept arguing behind the door. 2 women have peeked out. If my child didn't need glasses, I would leave.
