Very pleased with the Evans office today. There was a mixup on my appointment and turned out I didn’t have an appointment today as I thought. I was having a problem and was very concerned. Without any problem they were able to squeeze me into an appointment. They continued to apologize that I might have to wait but I really didn’t at wait at all. Everyone was so nice and even the doctor was so pleasant even though they added me into his already busy schedule. A big THANK YOU to the entire team! Honestly, I haven’t seen that type of customer care in quite a long time.

I arrived slightly early for my appointment and they were totally prepared to accommodate me. Was taken in and I went through the processes of my examination quickly and this out any delays, which was very nice. I was in and out of there quicker than I anticipated, which is always nice and set up my next appointment so all is good. Overall very pleasant experience. The Hi mushroomstaff was warm and inviting and so is the doctor which is hardly the case usually as I have found at least. Very good experience!

Excellent service and attention. Dr. Rodriguez is very pleasant and makes you feel at ease. Remove a small skin tag on my lower lid with such ease it was amazing. Staff is always in great spirits. Thank you.

Dr. McCann was great. Front desk staff rude and not helpful. After the fact, I was told I had a medical exam and not a wellness exam. Therefore I would need to pay for the eye refraction . I could receive my new eye prescription for $75. My insurance specifically stated refraction included as part of routine eye exam. I never had this issue with Quigley Eye Assoc. No one could explain the difference . I had scheduled a routine eye exam. I tried to dispute it, but got nowhere. After many years, I will be going elsewhere.

Went for my annual eye checkup at Dr Quigleys office on South Pointe Blvd to find out the eye associates took over, I proceeded to take the exam with all the appropriate tests with Dr Malik D.O. He saw a spot on the back of the eye and wanted to send me to there specialist at 4101 Evan’s Ave to see Dr El Hamichi MD . When I arrived I was received right on time and proceeded to take the same tests they gave me at there other office on South Pointe Ave I asked the technician why they couldn’t send all the pictures from there other office she said they had an old system and couldn’t send them, I had concern wondering if I would have a problem with my insurance company covering identical tests, tech said don’t worry you have good insurance, it just felt like no problem good insurance let’s test some more which by the way I pay the premium, no problem and all of this for a 30 second visit with Dr Hamichi the specialist curious what was billed to insurance company. Then I get a phone message from there office a person named Scott couldn’t understand his last name because he talked so fast, I called back twice the number he left and was told this person doesn’t work at this office and will try to reach him ,so why not give me a number you can be reached at and I still don’t know what Scott wanted
