I've been a patient here along with my son for almost 15 years but after today we won't be back. My appointment was @ 11:30 a.m. I arrived at 11:23 a.m. after waiting nearly 30 minutes I asked how much longer would it be before I'll be seen? I was told my chart was already pulled & give her two minutes to check. I sat back down & by 11:59 am I was being pulled to the back. I had a picture of my eyes & pressure of my eyes taken. Next I was placed in a room to wait for the doctor by 12:05pm. I waited until 12:40 pm & still haven't been seen so I left. My time is just as valuable as theirs & to not respect or value their patients time should be a top priority.

I’ve been going to Eye Health Consultants for years and have always had an excellent experience. I’ve been doing their corneal molding program for a long time and my vision has been great with zero issues. The staff is always super friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality eye care.

I've been coming here for years and they're always super nice! The molding works perfectly and I've never had any issues. I haven't needed glasses in years because of this place :)

I didn't get all of my questions answered when I was here. I had to go to a different office to do so and when I did; they dialed in my left eye better and assessed my questions thoroughly. If you have a simple eye exam and an uncomplicated prescription this may be an okay place to go. In my case, I won't be back.

I have been coming to Eye Health Consultants for my family’s eye care needs for the past 10 years, and every visit has been a wonderful experience with Dr. Arroyo and his team. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrive. Dr. Arroyo is extremely thorough during eye exams, taking the time to explain each step and patiently answer all of our questions. Some of the treatment options, like cornea molding, have been unique and incredibly beneficial for my son. My daughter also uses scleral lenses that Dr. Arroyo designed with great precision. I highly recommend Dr. Arroyo and his staff for anyone seeking exceptional eye care.
