Eye Love Optometry

The service there was amazing the people at the front were really nice and super helpful for assisting new patients. The Optometrist who I forgot his name was cool and kind was really cheerful. The store had a good selection of glasses that I really liked. My two new glasses came two weeks exact as said by the people who worked there. The only downside is they don't except Medi-Cal insurance, but they do an excellent job on a discount for the prescription not for the eye exam. My experiences there was really good and satisfying would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Eye Love Optometry in Pinole. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. Dr. Park L. Hsieh took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire exam. I really appreciated the thorough care and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

NO SENSE OF URGENCY! Ordered prescription glasses. Took more than two weeks and still not ready, probably will take 3 weeks or more? I advised them, I need my glasses before two weeks, left for overseas without glasses. How frustrating that is!!!! Would never go back to this optical. Costco takes less than a week for completion. If there’s a score for ZERO, I’ll give them -0!

Horrible experience. I booked an appointment and showed up right on time, but the Asian male guy who did my eye exam was in a huge rush for some reason. He was super impatient the entire time. The worst part was when he asked about my medications and wanted me to spell them out. I told him politely to give me a second so I could pull up a photo on my phone to make sure it was right. Instead of waiting, he just stood there repeatedly clicking his tongue and making "tsk-tsk" sounds at me. It was so rude and disrespectful. Zero stars if I could.
