Beautiful office with helpful staff and excellent doctors. Dr. Castillo was very knowledgeable. She checked my glasses/contact prescription, made some adjustments to get me seeing better and addressed my dry eye issue. Dr. Castillo takes the time to explain your eye conditions and discuss ways you can improve your symptoms. At the end of the exam, there was a smooth transition to the optical side. I was helped by Parker and she was very sweet and easy to work with. She helped me narrow down my choices for glasses and notified me that she could look up other colors if I was interested. I’m very satisfied with the service I received at Eye Peoples Optometry and would highly recommend this office to others.

My visit at Eye People Optometry was amazing. Melanie was welcoming and quick to check me in on time, Dr Luo really took her time with me and made sure my questions were answered. EYE PEOPLE Optometry is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, my experience was excellent. It was my first visit, and even though I arrived early, they brought me in right away. The office is welcoming, well-organized, and runs very smoothly. I was especially impressed by their modern equipment, it really allows for a more thorough and detailed exam. The entire staff is warm and friendly. Carley helped with my initial testing and was kind and patient. She did a great job assisting me in choosing two pairs of glasses. Dr. Castillo was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. She took her time during my exam, explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my results and options. I can tell she cares about her patients. This is a wonderful place for eye care and finding new glasses. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning. Receptionist was rude. Got to my appointment and was notified that they didn’t take my insurance and drove all the way there for them to tell me last minute instead of giving me a courtesy call letting me know that I don’t qualify with them. Make sure your receptionist have manners and great customer service and make sure they’re not on their phones
