I would give zero stars if I could. While they had a great Dr. and staff the billing manager refused to keep me and my family of 6 as patients over a simple insurance issue that could have easily been resolved. They are very short staffed now, they don't answer their phones and now they have very limited hours at the Westfield location. Save yourself the headache and find a competent eye doctor.

I saw Dr. Kassenbrok, she was absolutely amazing. Kind and professional, but made me feel like I had been going there my whole life. Didn’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Erin was an absolute Gem! She was so much fun and so helpful with picking out frames. Loved my experience.

Dr. Kassenbrock and her staff were all SO nice and helpful! I got a flat tire on the way to my appointment and they thankfully let me reschedule on very short notice. The appointment was streamlined and Dr. Kassenbrock explained what and why she was doing everything, and was friendly and professional.

Dr Kassenbrock always does a great job and makes me feel comfortable and at ease! Even though we've moved away from Indy, I will continue to drive an hour to see Dr Kassenbrock! Erin was so much fun to work with while picking out my new glasses, I can't wait for them to come in!
