We needed an emergency repair job on a pair of glasses – the screws were stripped out. They were able to get us all set up. Amazing people and we will be coming back when we need our regular frames. Thank you!

Horrible Customer Service all they do is apologize to me every time I call to make a check up on my glasses if they are ready or not it’s never ready. I paid in full the end of may my glasses still not ready next week will be the beginning of August and my glasses is still not ready. I’ll call every week about it and they keep apologizing to me. They always say yeah I will give you a call back they never do at this point I’m about to get a lawyer they still have my property. horrible Customer Service I give them a big zero stars

I came for a nose pad issue and Eye-Q Optical fixed them and cleaned my glasses (which were in dire need of a cleaning)!! My glasses are more comfortable than they were before. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you!

Awful customer service at the Jamaica Plain location. I went in to have one of the handles screwed back in to hold the lense in place. Instead of the person working on my frames being truthful about not knowing what they were doing, I left with my frame and lenses damaged and in worst condition than what I brought in. On top of that they also removed the pads from the nose rest and didn't replace them. If you are not willing to service patrons that aren't currently under your care, you should make that known instead of destroying people's property. Zero stars!

I have been going to Eye Q Optical for at least 10 years now for eye exams, prescriptions and eyeglasses. They have been fantastic all around! Yesterday I had an eye emergency and they saw me immediately. Dr. Lu helped relieve my pain and started me back on the road to eye health. I am ever so grateful. Thank you!
