I absolutely love my doctor. But the ladies of the office are the icing on the cake. They make the experience so much fun. Especially my girl Ashley! She’s the best and best of all, she’s funny! It feels like hanging out with my friends whenever I go in. Thanks to all of you for making every experience pleasant and enjoyable.
My first time getting glasses and Jazmin made me feel so comfortable and we laughed and was also professional and she helped me with my vision issues I would give it 10 Stars if there was an option. And I definitely look forward to coming back even just to visit she helped put a smile on my face when I was feeling down because of my eyesight is going bad made me feel old.
Been a patient for a while, but very difficult to get ahold of, and all the numbers go to a call center. Good Luck. The biggest issue is charging $30 to get a PD reading that was in my file, however, due to buying sunglasses online, that number is not free. They even asked if I purchased glasses from them in the past, which was a yes. It's just simple customer service. I'll go elsewhere.
Great experience, Office and staff at Eye Specialist of Mid Florida was welcoming. I would like to give a shout out to Gercie, she provided great service and support in assisting getting my new glasses. Highly recommend.
I’ve called and ordered replacement glasses for my son this was end of April. I’m thinking this is just one click and done. A week later someone called saying we just got your message u need a replacement ok I had already order them a week ago. Because u call call call call and is no answer never no answer. 3 weeks later pass by not going to waist time on a call no one is answering. Your glasses are expected in 4 days, 4 days pass I actually called this time and no answer, go by the office they put my sones lenses on someone’s else glasses, there wrong ..I decided let me take the frame and I’ll put his old lenses on till u get this fix I got home and the frame is to big this is incorrect. I called and I guess to hard to understand what I was saying then , I go in person give them frames back and let them know that frame is also incorrect. Please have them fix a send correct ones. 2weeks pass I called today, they say they left me a message don’t know we’re but ok , yes ma’am they ready. I send them to be picked up And the glasses are exactly the same error the frame is to big on my son is not the one I order. This was just a replacement.I’m writing this review to see if I can get this fix by someone who actually know what there doing. I’m tired of trying calling and getting this fix. This place is exhausting
