Leo wanted to visit Wal-Mart for the Halloween mask and the Christmas decorations. He loves the associates at Auburndale walmart because they interact with him. He is always welcomed here as we visit weekly.
Im not much of a complainer. Im very reasonable. But everytime i come to customer service there's always something. Its either closed when its not supposed to or im waiting forever to return one thing. I dont mind waiting but if there is 5 associates around talking and 1 is helping a customer. Why is it so hard to just take the next person. Your pretending to do things just avoid helping the customer in line. It wasn't busy. It was just me in line. I can go on about the professionalism because its definitely not there. These girls that work there can't even fake a smile at least. Its honestly disappointing. I work at Sams i do it all day long with no problem. Just do a little better thats all
I will say that this store has had some changes over the last few years. There are more people to help locate something when needed and the front end is staffed way better than before. The store itself is always clean and products are neatly arranged. I don’t have a negative experience so far. It’s a nice store to do your shopping.
The employees are super helpful, specially Joshua from the electronics department and Anahi. They go the extra mile for youn. Is very sad that many employees there don’t do the extra mile and have to depend on such exceptional employees. I’ve never seen such a very well organized walmart in a very long time. Usually you leave with everything you needed and more!
