Eye To Eye Vision Center

I just left the shop today after having slept on my glasses last night. In a 10 minute visit, Jeff adjusted my glasses and they feel like new. While I was waiting, I commented to another customer that this is the best place in the area to get glasses. I have been coming to Eye To Eye Vision, For over 20 years. Their professionalism is unparalleled. One of the best experiences in the area when it comes to professionalism. Courtney 💖 has helped me pick out my glasses and she has been kind and helpful and so friendly. I can’t say enough about how this is a great experience and how much I enjoy the staff.

I had a great experience at Eye to Eye Vision Centers in Middletown. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Courtney in particular went above and beyond to help me pick out frames and answer all my questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take the time to make sure everything is right. The office was clean, organized, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. They explained everything clearly and helped me find options that fit both my needs and budget. It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service with real attention to detail. Highly recommend this place if you need an eye exam or new glasses in the Middletown area. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is amazing because the staff is super friendly, and they always go above and beyond. My family has been going to them for years and we’re always happy with their service. Today, Courtney, Jeff, and I believe Serena were very helpful in helping me getting my glasses fixed. Thank you, again!

First and foremost, the woman who attended us, looked extremely unprofessional with very messy hair that did not appear to be brushed. She looked feral. Aside from that she was trying to gaslight us about warranty policies. Even tho the warranty had been the same for the past you 20 years. She claimed otherwise. She was very condescending and rude. She kept interjecting and interrupting, and wouldn’t let anyone else speak and when we tried, she would speak over us. Furthurmore when i asked where warranty information could be found she explained that they did not have anything with that information nor could she find it in any records bc they “dont have that”

Is such a shame I will never go back there again, because I liked the male doctor. However the sells person Courtney. Pressure me to purchase some reading glasses for $179.00. When I asked her to credit me my money back she continued to press me. I have like 10 pairs of reading glasses. Never pd that much. The most $30.00. At 68 yrs old I don’t need that kind of harassment. Goodbye eye to eye. Letting my insurance company know.
