The eye tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to bring my prescription from another eye doctor who had a limited selections. The place was clean and organized. The frames were assessable to the public and I was able to explore the frames on my own without sales pressure. All questions were answered and I was contacted about the possibility of a second pair at a discount price. Most of the frames were reasonably priced and some were discount type frames. There were several staff members ready to provide services. It was a slow start but once everyone got their smocks on and checked in with the doctor things started moving along because I was waiting for a while but was able to see the technicians out on the floor moving around.

We recently got 3 pairs of glasses here among our family, every visit we had was good, wide range of frame selections. Staff are very helpful and friendly, we got helped by Samantha and Stephanie, they are great! I remember their names on purpose to put in this 5 star review. Good job👍

Turns out Walmart is the best place to get glasses. After decades of glasses everywhere from nice independent places to the national chains to Costco, for some reason I never tried Walmart. By far the best and largest frame selection anywhere - i looked everywhere this time, could not find what i wanted, and found several here. The people are very nice and helpful, no waiting, the prices are great, and when I had a problem with one pair, no problem having them remake it, (even though it was a couple days past the deadline). I don't imagine going anywhere else from now on.

The elegant woman with shoulder length brown hair was an absolute pleasure. She was very patient and through and explained everything to me as we went along. I wound up with a beautiful pair of bebe cat eye readers. Great prices. Professional extremely proficient and clean. Highly recommend.

The prices can not be beat. Staff are very helpful and kind. They patiently took care of all of my family's wishes. The difference I found is they have less staff compared to the other optical stores, so sometimes you have to wait. But I saved $300 on my wife's glasses alone. So I had to give them five stars. No overpriced brand name glasses here. And that is that is very important to some people. But my picky wife and kids all found glasses they liked. And they honored the usual guarantees and repairs, no questions asked.
