I guess doctors dont care what comes out of their mouths anymore. This doctor was the rudest man I've met in the medical field. I asked him a medical question and his answer was just an insult to me and my looks. I couldnt get a ride to my last appointment and he hounded me as to why I missed it. I told him sir times are tough and I couldn't make it. Then told me if I miss another appointment that he wouldn't help me anymore. Is that even legal to deny medical help because I missed an appointment? I will be calling their corporate and putting in a complaint. This doctor was an old man with Grey hair and glasses. Once I find out his name I will be sharing it. This isn't a place to go of you want to get medical help. I recommend going anywhere else but here
Great doctors here but the call centers they use are a nightmare to deal with. Most don't speak English well, pass off your call until the system hangs up on you, or you can hear all the background noises in their house louder than you can hear the person answering the call. If you need to get ahold of your doctor, good luck, because the call centers don't know how to leave a message for the doctors correctly and miscommunications happen constantly. Having issues with a prescription and it took me over two weeks to get a hold of my doctor and for this issue to be resolved. This isn't the first time I've had this issue. Whoever is a "higher up" at MM needs to ditch these call centers, because I promise you it's why you're losing customers/patients. The building at Edgewater where the urgent care is and my primary looks like it's straight out of the zombie apocalypse from the early 1990s. If it weren't for my primary doctor and all the health issues we're working on together, I would have left Middletown Medical already. Again, the doctors are great (for the most part), but literally everything else is a nightmare to deal with.
I was scheduled for bloodwork and 2 scans today at Middletown Medical . I arrived about half hour early and was processed immediately and sat for about 3 minutes and called in for my tests. Very friendly and professional woman helped me . From there I went to the lab where a young woman called me in after less than 5 minute wait . Did a great painless job taking my blood ! I finished all my tests and was in my way home in 35 minutes ! My experience here was so good I gave it 5 stars !!
Absolutely horrendous. All my PCP does is tell me to see other people. She likes to keep repeating to me that I need to see a psychiatrist, and cut me off my meds cold turkey. I had an abnormal EKG, And no one even called me to talk about it. And when my blood sugar was elevated The receptionist called me and told me.I need to "change my lifestyle" No guidance, no help. The worst 😫
