Ultimate Spectacle was recommended to me by a coworker. I am so glad I went. I haven't worn glasses since high school, and had no idea how bad my vision was. I ended up ordering both contacts and glasses as a backup. The entire experience was extremely professional and efficient. The girls at the front desk was courtesy and kind. The young lady who performed all of my eye tests (about 6/7) explained the directions well and was pleasant. The Doctor was phenomenal, didn't leave any questions unanswered. He explained everything thoroughly. The ladies who helped me learn how to put my contacts in, order my contacts and glasses, and helped me finance my order were phenomenal! They made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process. Thank you to everyone at Ultimate Spectacle, and the best trio, Liz, Maria, and Val, you ladies rock!

I am giving three stars for the discount they gave me on my Gucci glasses, I got $200 off ! Yay beautiful -however they never gave me the original Gucci box or anything that came inside. They swapped out the Gucci glasses microfiber lense wipe for their stores cheaper version. I don't know if this is protocol but if I'm buying something expensive and paying over $500- I expect to have the box, the dust bag, the cards- EVERYTHING! ALL I left with was the case & glasses, and yes this is my first glasses purchase in life. So recently I just bought another pair of Burberry glasses from another retailer that came with everything. Huge difference!

Thorough exam and I didnt feel rushed. Was able to discuss my vision needs and where I had issues in the past with another provider. The tech, the doctor and let's not forget Maria who was amazing helping me find the right frames for my budget. I picked up my glasses in less than 2 weeks and ordered an additional pair for reading at an amazing price. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The up sale pressure is ridiculous ,ripoff pricing, the doctor wanted me to go for glaucoma doctor must be a side gig up sale since I have non of that. They even wanted to charge a fee to put glasses on my frames and I know this is covered under insurance they try to nickel and dime the whole process and I know from going to others what the truth price is .I am writing this review because they reminded me of my experience since they called me as a reminder for checkup, no thanks I want to save myself from the worst experience in years for me. They also ripped my wife on frames and she really hates them after their upsale so even the frames that you pay alot for totally are cheap and not worth 1/10 the price ,just google the name brands they sell they have a 500% markup which is a totally ripoff .
