had a frustrating experience with the front desk staff regarding my recent appointment just today. They canceled my visit, stating that my VDT form was missing a signature. However, after contacting both my union and Davis Vision, I was informed that the section in question is actually supposed to be left blank. When I called the office back to clarify, I was then told they would accept the form as it was—something that should have been acknowledged from the beginning. This miscommunication resulted in an unnecessary cancellation and inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper understanding of the required paperwork. I hope the staff can be better trained on form requirements in the future.

Dr. Ruvio is thorough with my eye examination. Explained everything in detail with me, very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was kind and friendly. Very helpful selecting my frames, patient and went through every process with my insurance and customizing my frames. They took the extra time to walk me through and educate me on all my options. I felt like I received personalized service and highly recommend. I love all 3 frames!

The customer service supersedes standards and they’re work is done in a timely fashion with updates along the process. I’ve bought multiple frames in from 3rd party sellers and they help me put my prescription in them every time.

Ramona is so so helpful. I had a great experience. It is so odd that everybody else seems to be so rude. Perhaps someone needs to pay attention to staffing.
