I highly recommend Devers Eye Institute, and Dr. Dr. Pasadhika in particular. 5 years ago this month, they treated me for a bad retinal break in my right eye. After I called, they were able to see me within the hour, did a prompt work-up, and fully explained my condition and my options. Then, they promptly repaired the break with laser therapy, to prevent further tearing and loss of vision. I have been back several times for follow-up exams and am very happy to say that the eye is doing very well and nearly fully resolved, but for the occasional floater which doesn't affect my activities (especially pickleball) at all. Their quick and meticulous care is likely to thank for that. On my way to the gym this morning, I had a sudden onset of similar symptoms in the left eye. They cautioned me that this might happen, so I did as they instructed and called and then drove directly to their clinic. Again, they were able to get me in within minutes, do a thorough work-up, answer my questions, and treat the new break in the left eye, with laser therapy. I think I was out of there within a couple of hours when I left with a complete confidence and satisfaction. It was an extraordinary experience, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Yes, they are busy, but they also provide excellent care which is likely why they attract so many patients. I have never once felt rushed or overlooked. Many thanks to their entire team, from the front desk receptionist to the doctor himself. They are each efficient, compassionate, and reassuring. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Thursday June 18, 2026 was my second visit to see DR.Steven Mansberger, MD, MPH. I was sent there by my eye doctor because my pressure is always high. I first was examined by his tech and she was great. One thing she told me was not to hold my breath because that causes my eye pressure to be higher. I then meet with the DR. and after a quick exame, he said I am borderline with glaucoma symptoms so we are just going to watch it for another 6 months and check it again.

Great providers! I'd have given them zero stars otherwise. They took care of a retina bleed for me and macular degeneration for my mom, and the docs were great. They are apparently chronically and catastrophically understaffed on the phones. Next to impossible to talk to a scheduler. I have literally wasted hours waiting on hold with them. I actually had an easier time getting ahold of the Oregon Health Plan than I did Devers eye institute, and that is really a staggering new low. No idea what their problem is. Is it really that hard to hire enough people to answer phones? It's a shame, because their doctors are great.

If you have posterior uveitis or any other blinding eye disease, Devers is not a good place to receive treatment. Patient care is substandard and there is no sense of urgency. They’re perfectly content to let you go blind while they give you the runaround and milk your insurance. Their doctors are unprofessional and complain about being overworked, and management is completely ineffective. Please take this review seriously! Your vision is very important. Entrusting Devers with your eye health will cost you dearly. Don’t risk it!

Wow, it’s almost like this place has given up on patient care. The front desk was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Actually got into an odd shouting match with me. Talked to the office manager about this which changed nothing. The best part was sending my glasses off to have my prescription filled and they came back a total mystery. With that time and money now wasted, I contacted the office manager yet again and was completely blown off. Now I have to go somewhere else that does a second eye exam just to fix their error. The only redeeming quality was the provider that I met with. Too bad everything surrounding this person is in total shambles…
