Dr. Chung was lovely, helpful, and super prescriptive (had to, sorry) about my eyes and my vision plan benefits. She was fast and explained everything clearly during my eye exam, and definitely recommend popping in to see her for your annual visit! Jason, the store owner, was also very kind and helpful. He straightened a pair of Persol sunglasses that I own very quickly at no charge. Highly recommend this store.
I love this boutique! Hands down the most beautiful frame selection in Portland! I have bought several frames here over the years. My go to place! They are so sweet and helpful too!
Jason and Tennys are the best—they stuck with me through a whole two month debacle with the wrong prescription and the wrong lenses and were nothing but helpful and patient the whole time. Not to mention having the best selection of high-quality frames in the state. Can’t recommend Visage highly enough.
I've been going to Visage for 20 years and cannot speak more highly of them. They are professional, friendly, expert at what they do, and they also carry the nicest high-end frames of any store I aware of. Of note, they also use this high-end lens material that has greater clarity than other eyeglasses I have purchased elsewhere. I usually buy one nice pair of eyeglasses from them for daily use, then a cheap backup pair online/big box, and consistently find the Visage eyeglass lenses are optically superior. The Visage frames, while expensive, look better, wear longer and are more comfortable as well. Lastly, their eyedoctor Dr. Chung is wonderful and highly expert - she had me try some new-technology contact lenses that allow me to see up close as well as far, so now I don't need to cart reading glasses around and can see up-close at all times - I can even read the little writing on my watch! Thank you Dr. Chung!
One of Portland's gems, this shop has it all in excellent (as in top quality) client relations, eye-care and eye-wear. So great to have Jason's help and aesthetic sense over the years. Lucky to have Visage in our area!
