Great Doctor but the assistant Isabel was outstandingly wonderful! She was very calming to a nervous 5 year old. Great children's waiting room.

I booked my appointment here because I was way overdue for new glasses and it was close to home. I was very happy with the ability to complete all the pre-appointment paperwork online before I arrived so we could just quickly verify upon arrival. My appointment started on time and everyone was really nice. I don’t mean professional - because they were professional as well. I mean they were nice and friendly and personable. The Dr took time to let me get through the exam slowly. I was frustrated with my old prescription and wanted to be sure we got this one right. Once the exam was over I went to get my glasses ordered and the guidance was stellar. I was able to use all of my insurance benefit to get what I wanted and the final cost was surprisingly low. I’m very happy to have booked my exam and ordered my glasses from here. I’d highly recommend the clinic and Dr Cook to anyone.

I was greeted in a friendly yet professional manner, with all communications and questions clearly stated. The exam was done a bit quickly and I felt rushed, but he seemed genuinely interested in providing me with the best pair of glasses / optics possible! I appreciated this having gotten prescriptions that were way off, in the past! (Not at this business). Overall, he was great and I believe my new glasses will help me read, observe and see the world more clearly! Yay!

I called for a few days with trouble getting through. Eventually spoke with triage person, where I felt quite dismissed, but after advocating for myself quite a bit, got in to see the doctor very quickly. (The triage person seemed to be stuck on routine eye care that I may not be following up on (I am), when I kept trying to describe what turned out to be cellulitis eyelid). I’ve seen two doctors here though and both have been great! All-in-all, highly recommend this company, but please advocate for yourself well with triage.

The first time a met Dr Shane Kim I could see what a wonderful and caring Doctor he is. After talking a bit I said you really love your job don’t you. He said, I live and breathe it, It’s not a job! I love when I can help people regain their sight and in my case that’s just what he did! He opened up a door that was closing fast! Within 3 months I almost went blind in one eye. He’s an excellent surgeon, yet kind and caring. I’m so blessed to be able to have him now as my permanent doctor. His staff are all very proficient at their skills and a joy to be around. I love this place and highly recommend Dr Kim!
