What a wonderful and positive experience! Dr. Megan Tholen and her staff are truly the best. This was my first visit, and the customer service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Megan is incredibly knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. I've been having ongoing issues with my current contact lenses. While my previous eye doctor helped me find a better fit last year, I still felt my vision, especially for reading and driving, wasn't as clear or comfortable as it should be. Dr. Megan took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully evaluate my needs. I'm excited for my follow-up appointment to make sure we've found the best contact lens fit. So far, the trial lenses I went home with have been very comfortable and my vision has been much better. I'm looking forward to seeing how they continue to work over the next few days!
