I started coming here due to a failed visit to an eye doctor in Norwich. So glad I did, these guys really care about getting it right, and they respect their patients. I recently visited Eyecare Expressions as a new patient and had an amazingly wonderful experience! From the great front office staff, Dr. Jezick’s assistant, Dr. Jezick herself and Matt, the Optician - everyone was so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this business for your eye care needs!
Fantastic!…… very thorough!!!…. We moved and my previous Dr. highly recommended Dr. J - so glad he did!!….. Staff goes above and beyond…. I had broken one of my bows on my glasses purchased before we moved - while others said I needed to buy totally new frames, the team @ Eyecare Expressions had a new bow in just TWO days - for glasses they did not sell!!!!👍👍👏👏👏
I’ve gone to Eyecare Expressions for over ten years. They’ve been helpful, providing sample contacts in between deliveries. While I’ve never found Dr. Jezick to be the most pleasant person, I recently had a very negative interaction with her during my last appointment. She spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner regarding a miscommunication between myself and the woman at the front desk. I will be looking for another eye doctor.
Me and my sister were recommended bifocals from them for years, we went to two new doctors who told us they were useless and were not helping our eye problems. We've had glasses for 10 years. So not for us thanks!
