Emile is a very good guy and very helpful person envision Center he helped me take care of a complicated issue with my glasses and it was accurate at the finale of the purchase and the fix. I gotta give him five stars very polite guy and if it’s not since I have more people like him around, that would make it a very awesome.
Jossie was amazing. This place is as good as any doctors, jossie made it so pleasant and the place is clean
I had the displeasure of getting stuck with “Emile” when ordering glasses. What should have taken 5 minutes took a half hour because even though I was clear with what I wanted, he still tried to sell me multiple things. I stated that I just wanted basic SV lenses, no add ons. I gave my reasons why- no that I should have had to. But he didn’t give a crap. He kept persisting and basically arguing with me about what I wanted. The most disgraceful salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He acted like a drug addict trying to get a fix because he genuinely wouldn’t take no for an answer. I finally thought I got through to him but then he tried to tell me my insurance didn’t cover anything… If I didn’t push or know what I was talking about, he 100% would have just charged me out of pocket. I can only imagine how many people get tricked or bullied into large purchases. I left so genuinely disgusted and with a major headache. Thanks for nothing Emile. I had a few minor inconveniences here before but continued to go because appointments were easy to get (I wonder why..) But yeah, NEVER AGAIN.
Was told they took my insurance until I arrived for my appointment. 30.00 more than quoted. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Dr. Barely spoke English and staff not well informed. Don't waste your time like I did. Took a patient with me as well and she had the same problem
