Very grateful for the excellant service today!!! My glasses got stepped on+ frames I did not purchase there however did get lens in them. "Miracle worker" fixed my frames !!!! Thank Again :))

From their reply you can tell how they feel about customers. I guess they're not idiots, they're just arrogant jerks. The 30 minutes I spent researching and then calling you is 30 minutes I'll never get back! Why don't you fix your records with the insurance companies? Original review: They don't accept new patients. Don't waste your time like I did.

I had a great experience here. Dr. Birdsong was incredibly kind, approachable, and professional. He explained everything really well. His front desk staff were warm and friendly. I was surprised how efficient the whole process was to be examined and receive new eyeglasses.
