Great service! Had a great exam with a remote doctor. Everyone was very personable and educated even though they were short staffed. Glasses came out amazing. Recommend to family and friends, will be coming back again!
My wife and I had appointments set at this location. But because it's a new location, we accidentally started going to the Grindstone location. Ended up showing up literally right on time at this location. Which was fine since we did the paperwork online. But our first encounter was with Ginny who was really just rude. We didn't feel welcomed, we felt like we were an inconvenience and we almost turned around and walked out in the moment. The entire atmosphere of the location was unpleasant. We were ushered back for our exams by Ginny and fortunately that was the last we saw of her. After our exams, she was gone and the whole atmosphere of the location was elevated. Amanda and Kaitlyn were amazing. Good chats, good laughs, made some friends while getting new glasses. You'd have 5 stars from us if it wasn't for those first five minutes.
Telehealth appointment went well, seemed educational and took care explaining things. Showed up early and got in early, everyone was also very kind and helpful.
Went there on a Monday afternoon the staff there was amazing. They did everything they could to help us out and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Highly recommend this place.!!!!! I will be going back there for myself this time!
