I had a great experience here! Aryn was so helpful on the phone scheduling my appointment and helping me with my insurance. She was also a pleasure to meet in person and so kind. Dr. Patel was great and very thorough with her examination. Paige was awesome also! She helped me pick out which glasses worked for me and was very patient, since I tend to be picky at times. Over all my experience here was amazing! They have reasonable pricing and a great selection of frames. I highly recommend and I will continue to use them in the future.

I had a great experience here! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the doctor. And very great experience with Angel—she was amazing! She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, gave great advice on what shapes and colors looked best on me, explained all the pricing clearly, and was just so sweet and fun to talk to. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The office was clean, organized, and the entire process was smooth from check-in to checkout. A special thank you to Dr. Shivani for providing exceptional customer service and patient care. And thank you to Erin Hatcher, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Got my glasses adjusted while hubby had his appt. Erin Hatcher was amazing. She was very personable. She offered suggestions that were of interest to me. She took the time to go above & beyond. Not everyone is customer service oriented- for her, it seemed second nature!

Erin was amazing in helping me pick out frames that fit well, comfortable and look great. She also expedited my frames, as my old ones were broke, just before a very important family trip. Exceptional service!
