Dr Patel is the absolute best. He’s kind, friendly, knowledgeable and just down right awesome. You couldn’t ask for a nicer group of office ladies. I also want to shout out Kristi. She is so kind, patient and polite. I’ve never felt like just a number at this office. Everyone in this office start to finish is top notch!

We are so relieved after visiting Dr Cam about Kathy’s sudden eye and headache pain. Several possible causes and the fact it was not an emergency situation made us feel much better and she is setting up an appointment with a neurologist for us. Thank you again Dr for your excellent care and knowledge!

We are thankful for Dr. Patel and his staff for over 15 years of service. His staff is professionally friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated. We never feel rushed during our visit or pressured to purchase anything, their establishment is clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. Some days are busy of course, but it is still pleasant. I highly recommend this eye care center for you and your family!

At first interaction all was nice. Now after that you can 1 never get anyone to answer the phone you mention it and they say we have been busy but I called and drove there 3 min away from work and no one there and they girls upfront just sitting around shooting the breeze. My husband picked up sunglasses and went to the parking lot and put them on a realized there was a small scratch and came right back in and told them and they acted as if he did not just walk out and said well how long did you have them? Sent them back and was over a month and half to get them back. The girls up front were not nice when I went back in to check and said well the carrier is back up and I was to take that and go? I asked can you not checked it was going on almost 2 months? She was not happy and both girls went to the back and you could hear them complaining about my asking all the way upfront. They come back and another girl and she had them in hand and said they just got them this am and it was 1:30 and never even check ed them in. Now we get a bill for 40.00 and we paid all when there and the girl had trouble because we asked to pay all together when I came for my apt and they had issues trying to run together since he was not previously checked out? I paid 3 different charges one for his glasses and one for his copay and one for my glasses and copays together almost 2,000$. You call and get someone in billing and they don't speak English well and kept me on hold just to come back and say it is the co-pay but as I told her it had already been paid. Was hope this would be the place to go each year but never going back they are un organized. I loved the Dr. she was amazing but office staff not so much.

Doc was great. Some of staff was fine. The person that helped (?) me buy new glasses, was not very helpful. She seemed to be unsure about fitting me and the questions I had. I didn’t get a good feeling when talking with her.
