My first experience at Eye Care Center was great! The entire staff was welcoming and made the experience wonderful. Special shout-out to Chris and Amesia! She made choosing my next frames fun!

I was pleased with the service I received during my visit. The receptionist was very professional & pleasant. Chris was very nice, professional & explained to me what to expect during my visit. And last but certainly not least, was Dr. Braswell, who I was most impressed with. He walked in with a very friendly greeting/introduced himself with a firm eye-contact handshake. He even complimented me on my warm winter sweater! Dr. Braswell clearly explained to me what to expect during his examination. I was so impressed with his kindness & professionalism. I'm very saddened to know my visit might be the first/last time seeing him. Well wishes on his upcoming retirement!
