Walmart Vision Center

I decided to stop in for price checking. Won't be doing business here $140 just for eye dr. Then buy glasses is way too much now I know why this place never has any customers. Americas Best 2 glasses with eye exam 79.99 in all. That's the comparison.

This place takes advantage of ELDERLY people! My 80-year-old grandmother went in The Vision Center at Store #1197 to have a screw put in the glasses because one of the hinges were loose. The manager, Reynaldo Mills, took the glasses to the back of the store and as my grandmother waited for 30-45 mins, this man SWITCHED the frames on her name brand glasses and brought back a completely different pair. He took her original frame and brought her back the sides with black frames attached and proceeded to tell her that those were the glasses she brought in. I have contacted the store requesting to speak with Mr. Mills' supervisor and I have not heard anything from Alecia B. My grandmother has contacted corporate but does not feel like anyone is taking her seriously. I will be contacting corporate next, but this is unprofessional and very disrespectful, and this man is not how people should be representing the Walmart brand. Please do not frequent this establishment, especially if you are and older person. They will only try to convince you that you are crazy.

Took my father to get his eye glasses. The woman in the evening messed up the prescription but Reynaldo Mills, the manager, fixed everything. Alhamdulillah. That guy is the man. He went over the receipts and the order and once he got the clear information he didn’t blame, nor deflect he just offered the best possible solution.

I had to order my contacts from the vision center and one of their employees named Vera Juwaied was wonderful! She took the day trying to get me the best price possible and really went above her duties to satisfy me. She has great customer service and was very nice! I will definitely see her when I need anything again! Thank you all for being nice !

Vera Juwaied waited on me today to help me purchase a new pair of glasses. She was excellent and knowledgeable in her work. She is friendly and works hard to satisfy the needs of her customer. She recommends the various products that are available to increase the satisfaction with the glasses she is providing. I had a wonderful and pleasant experience with Vera today. She represents you all well…she is a keeper!!!! I will be returning with any eyeglass needs I have in the future!!! I highly recommend Vera Juwaied!!!
