I have been here twice. The first time was ok. I think the doctor was new but the assistant or whatever they are is definitely not. She was not friendly and did not care about the patient. I was not thrilled by that appointment but it was not the worst. Today (08/03/2026) i had another appointment. This time things seemed to be going better. That is until the assistant a heavy set woman with long dark hair did my exam and finished without making sure things were actually correct with both eyes. When I mentioned that to the doctor who was very nice and explained a lot of what was happening. The assistant tried to talk over me. Then her attitude changed from polite to almost aggressive. She explained things that she found to the doctor but not to me the person that paid cash for the exam. I have never been treated like this by other assistants at other places but this place has assistants that seem to not care about the patients and do not make sure they are informed about what is going on. The doctor today and the person following him that I assume is learning how they run this clinic as she looked like a doctor were very nice and actually answered all my concerns. It seems that this place can get good doctors but has a problem finding assistants that have good communication skills. The assistant seemed competent at the start but when she did not make sure things were actually good, even if it was just to reassure the patient that she had done things correctly and when she thought it was proper to try to talk over the patient when the doctor was talking to the patient she lost a lot of my confidence in her skills my opinion.

I always feel welcomed here! The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated their dedication to their patients! Will always recommend them!
I scheduled a routine annual eye exam and ended up walking out because of what felt like a predatory billing practice. The clinic attempted to require an advanced retinal scanning test as a condition of receiving my standard eye exam and demanded an additional out of pocket payment upfront. When I declined the elective screening and requested traditional pupil dilation instead, which is fully covered by my insurance, they cancelled my appointment on the spot and refused to see me. This was not the first time I encountered this issue at this practice, but this time I chose not to accept it. I have previously been evaluated and cleared by a retina specialist and have no medical need for a mandatory $170 screening simply to receive a routine annual exam. PATIENTS HAVE THE RIGHT to make informed decisions about elective procedures without being denied care. A retinal scan may be useful for some patients, but it should be offered as an option, not presented as a prerequisite for a covered examination. The doctors themselves have generally been fine in my experience. My concern is with the clinic's policies and front office practices, which appear to prioritize revenue generation over patient choice and insurance covered care. If you value transparency, respect for your medical history, and the ability to decline elective services without losing access to your appointment, you may want to consider other options.
Staff is very friendly. They have very high-tech equipment a nice outpatient surgery area short wait times and a good selection of glasses to choose from. The technicians are very knowledgeable I would highly recommend.
I had a great experience. The two eye exam people were very quick and professional. Not used to that any more! The eye glass place had a long wait but staff was nice.
