I chose Eyedentity as the place where I wanted to get contacts for the first time. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful, and she answered every question I had. The tech who helped me put my contacts on for the first time was also very sweet and helped me every step of the way. She double checked to make sure I understood everything there is to the process of putting on contacts. I was nervous at first, but the receptionist and tech made me feel very at ease. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get contacts.

From scheduling to leaving my first appointment today I couldn’t be happier! Everyone carefully explained all I needed to know, took their time and were so kind and caring. The location was easy to find, and everything was so clean and orderly. I already set my next appointment for a year out, and am looking forward to another pleasant experience then!

We love this office and always leave smiling. Two of my sons have been going here for a couple of years and it’s been a great experience. Everyone is welcoming and thorough and they always take the time to explain things, from insurance to exactly what they are doing during the exams. I definitely recommend this office!

The staff was very professional. They could not find my insurance information, from what I gave them, and were more then patient as I made a phone call to get it figured out (my error) . Every test, and procedure was explained in detail. Dr. Harden was very friendly, and once again, explained everything in detail. I left the office with contacts, and a a prescription for new glasses. I recommend EYE dentity 100%.

Outstanding customer service, provided by caring professionals in a pleasant environment. I’ve just switched from the big box clinic in Spokane and couldn’t be happier to have found such a great place. Everyone there, from reception, to tech exams, to Dr. Ellis was outstanding. Thanks!
