I had an appointment with Vera Nyonglemuga and unfortunately left feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. I understand that providers may need additional information before taking over a prescription, but the way my questions were addressed felt unnecessarily rude and made me uncomfortable asking questions about my care.

I was 5 minutes late because my maps took me all over but the right office. I live 40 mins away. I called ahead of time and said it would be okay. I get there, and she tells me that because I was 5 minutes late, my wait will be long to see the provider. This is how they treat multicare employees? Won't be back to this location.

The chance of being content with care received is replaced with complacency. Still waiting on a return call for an escalated issue on point of care. I’m invisible and falling through the cracks for medical care. Yes, it was a cardiologist and I’m waiting to get a response on a care plan. Crazy times trying to get help and meds before any calamities. I guess Im out of luck for any cardiologist.

My visit was great, from check in to check out and everything in between. Was called back quickly, seen by my provider quickly and feel like I was heard and taken care of! Definitely a good experience. Dr. Fincher was terrific and Paulette the medical assistant, was very kind and thorough.

I had a very good experience at my appointment. Dr Gottschalk was interested how had I been and how was feeling at the time of my appointment. He was concerned about something that was happening he put in a request for me to be seen. He a Doctor that shows concern for his patients.
