The worst service a customer any customer can receive. Me and my family walked in and observed that one gentleman employee was providing help to a couple before we got in. Just looking around observing some glasses another lady employee walks in with no greeting no nothing. Another customer walks in, potentially a mother and daughter and automatically greeted. The employee on duty needs to be trained on customer service. This was very disrespectful to customers of any decent. Unacceptable.

I cannot say this enough the most seamless and easy going experience. I felt listened to, and well guided through out the entire experience. I made my appointment online (it took three minutes!) showed up ten minutes before my appointment time and they got me in and out in 20 minutes! Doctor Omar was kind and caring. Helped answer my questions in a straightforward but easy to understand manner. Agnes worked with guided me through all the tests in such a calming and relaxing manner I nearly fell asleep I was so at relaxed! Adam made finding my insurance provider and my paperwork experience a breeze!! A true light to this office honestly! I will be back for my annual! I cannot imagine going anywhere else!!! Thank you!!!!

Maria was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us at the store and even helped us get some glasses shipped to our summer home up north with ease. Thank you Maria!

Ally and Adam took their time with me and made sure to make me feel comfortable. Both made my experience and never made helping me seem like a hassle or rushed. Their patience and understanding nature made my day. Also can’t forget about Jova. He was another person whose assistance and patience was much appreciated.

Walked into this establishment today around 345. The two people that were there are RUDE. They don’t greet you when you walk in and someone else walked in AFTER US and they were immediately greeted. I will not be giving establishments like this my business.
