I had a pretty distinctively good experience. I worked with a woman named HEAVEN. I guess that should’ve been a signal that it was going to be a good visit. What I found most striking was her engagement in the fitting process. She was not only skilled, but truly cared about getting it right, which is so important with a pair of glasses.

I went to this place and spent $800.00 for an eye exam and two pair of glasses. When I walked in two girls were there (one with her ear buds in her ears) anyway I ask to have a pair of the glasses repaired that I purchased there and they looked at them and said we can't fix them that I would have to take them somewhere else to have them fixed. You would think after spending that kind of money on their product that they could send them out for repair for their customers. Well I will never recommend this place to anyone. They are very incompetent and don't honor their products. Bad, bad, bad service! Unfortunately this was not my first bad experience, when I first purchased my glasses they told me they would be ready the next day and they would call me. I never received a call, not for three days so I finally went back up to the store they said they were there but they couldn't find them, so they would have to locate them and call me. They never called so I went back the next day to get a refund and somehow they managed to find them while I was there. This place is not a good place to go. I will never do business with this company again.

Walked into eyeglass world seeking help and leslie was so kind to help me with all my needs. She made my visit very quick and efficient I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided by her. Glad I stopped in and definitely will recommend to my friends and family!

I had a great experience at Eyeglass World in Wheat Ridge! Amy was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful throughout the process. With a valid prior prescription already in hand, I stopped into the shop so that they could cut a custom set of lenses to fit into an existing set of frames that I own. My lenses were in stock and they were able to utilize my insurance to significantly lower the cost, and overall, the pricing was very reasonable. I was also VERY impressed that the lenses were made the same day! After I picked them up, I noticed a slight issue, but the team immediately took ownership and re-made the lenses without any hassle to ultimately make everything right. It can be a challenge to find that level of customer service these days. Highly recommend!

10/10 Jardly is the manager and is exceptional as his job! He has taken excellent care of me and I feel so thankful for Eye Glass World. He can look at a person and know exactly the frame for them! He is very impressive, and the whole experience was really wonderful as these things can be daunting. I’ve got two amazing players of glasses that are not only feel confident wearing, but I feel absolutely beautiful in and that is such an amazing experience to have! Heaven and Leslie are awesome as well!!!!
