Came in for an annual eye appointment and the staff was very helpful and courteous. In particular Tawa Brown. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the frame selection and gave me pointers on what to look for in my style. Very pleased with my visit and will definitely come again.
Great experience with the circumstances. My luck the day that I go to get glasses their computer system went down. It was with great compassion and dedication that the staff was able to do my exam and I was able to pick out glasses with lots of help from Ms Brown ( Tawa) she helped me just choose glasses and even try different ones just to see what they looked like. I will have to return to finish when their system is working but it wasn't a complete waste and I know they were worried how the day was gonna turn out. Thanks for a great morning.
Everyone was pleasant. Tawa Brown was of great help finding the right style and fit for my glasses, making my visit enjoyable! Everyone I dealt with was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I got in for my pre exam quickly & saw the eye doctor quickly as well. TAWA MADE CHOOSING MY GLASSES SO FUN!!!
