Eyeglass World is honestly incredible! They are an incredible company with amazing customer service and culture of care. You walk in and they immediately ask you how they can help and they are very informative. Jason leads an incredible team as the manager, Savannah truly helped take care of me and process the paperwork and answered all of my questions. Alicia was more than helpful giving me the opportunity to for them and make an emergency last minute swap! The team is incredible!

Eyeglass World in Maryville does a great job with all our glasses needs. Ask for Mark - the “optimistic optometrist” who always greets you with a stellar smile and super service! He rescued my two year old twisted pair of frames after I accidentally sat on them. We drive an extra 20 miles just because they care.

Alicia was super helpful! Worked with my insurance, and store discounts such that I was able to get 5 pair of progressive, transition glasses with all bells and whistles for incredibly less than it would have been. She even managed to get one of them made immediately in store. I also had an eye exam and really liked the Dr. The entire staff was super friendly and polite. Best of all, Not too busy to spend time with me- apparently west town and other locations are super busy. Thanks again to Alicia.

I cannot recommend Eyeglass World of Alcoa enough! The manager, Jason, was extremely helpful and responsive to my last-minute needs, and even the lenses that had to be turned around offsite (transitions + astigmatism) were done within a week. They even worked with me on options for a near-immediate trip while my final set of lenses were out for fabrication, even though it was my own bad timing that caused the issue. This office is local and will be my go-to for vision-related items from now on.

Really good service - the man at the desk was knowledgeable and helpful. I broke my frames, he identified that they couldn't be soldered but did agree to replace the lenses if I could get a donor frame. He carefully removed my old lenses from the broken frames and put them in the donor frame. Charged me a handshake he didn't ask for. Greatly appreciated!
