Came here for a standard fitting with some frames I got online, was given the usual "not purchased here", "we're not liable" stuff but I've done this plenty of times so didn't even think about it. After a few minutes glasses came back fitting great but with tons of scratches on a lens. I've had glasses all my life and never had anyone scratch them during a fitting, very unprofessional.
Awesome ladies there, my Fav is Toni & Bel. Dr "K" is de' Bomb & very thorough eye Dr & Great personality. I'll share more later after ALL is done.
He has been my optometrist for years & now all my children go to him as well. He is the best and so are the ladies that work alongside him!
Dr. Khalid is excellent. He is kind, intelligent, and funny- which is a plus. He helps with contacts, glasses, infections, eye scratches, and referrals to eye surgeons when needed. He works way too many hours in order to help people. The staff is excellent as well. I love them all, but especially the doctor and Tina!
I swear I will not be back because of holland. Horrible experience earlier this week! Went to pick up contacts, waited 15 minutes, and never was able to grab them. Sad when you overhear the conversation, realize the employee is just talking to a friend, and can’t even get the help needed. Will take my business elsewhere!
